All orders are made with love, carefully created, packed and shipped by hand. In an effort to keep shipping as low as possible the default shipping option is untracked and uninsured. Should you wish expedited or tracked shipping please email us at tyna@tinytalebows.ca for a quote prior to making your purchase.

At this time we only offer shipping within North America. Please keep in mind customs can cause delays and customers are responsible for customs fees/taxes. If your order is returned because customs fees/taxes are unpaid we will issue a reimbursement for the value of the product less shipping fees.

Once a parcel has been shipped we are not responsible for loss or damage that may occur during shipment. Any items shipped to the incorrect address due to customers error will be responsible for reshipping fees.
